Thursday was pretty uneventful for me. After work I made a stop at the library to look for a book my mom recommended, "The Book of Unforgettable Journeys" but alas it's brand new and they do not have a copy yet. I also used a computer to go a little myspacing. The only downside was getting the SLOWEST computer on earth and having to sit next to a 14 year old that looked like she was 17 with boobs all over the place. She proceeded to tell her friend about every guy she wanted to have sex with and what she wanted to do to them. It just made me want to puke all over her! hahaha
When I got home Wendy's friend Sam was over. Yes those are his feet below rocking the ever hideous socks & sandals motif.
While he watched CSI, Wendy and I played a couple of games of Sorry Card Revenge!! This game is completely awesome and I recommend it to any and every one! My mom bought it for me a year or two ago for Christmas, and she was so excited about it, she gave it to me a few weeks early so we could play!
The enemy of the game is definitely the big red pawn! Instead of taking cards from the pile, you must hit the red pawn and take the amount of cards he tells you. He can tell you anywhere between 1 - 9 cards. Or it may even tell you play any card. It's a lot of fun!
In other news I have something very exciting to report!! It took all summer, a lot of water and TLC, but I have blossoms AND little green tomatoes on my plant!! WOOHOO!! We might actually get a few tomatoes to eat before the first frost!
And my mum is in full swing right now and looking beautiful in the fall color I chose!
And in the category of plants, I want to show you all the beautiful Hydrangea's my mom sent me home with Tuesday morning. Isn't she so good to me!? I love flowers, especially ones likes these that last and last!
Now what is better to do on an uneventful Thursday night than take random pictures for my blog! So why not try and take pictures of us looking ghetto!! HAHAHA!! Being bored and in a crazy mood produced the next set of... unexplainable pictures!
HAHAHA!!! I can't be held responsible for these pictures! After that was done and we had calmed down from laughing hysterically, Wendy's brother stopped over. She hasn't seen him in over a year as he just came home from Iraq. This was the last picture of the evening, as the Yankees game consumed all my attention for the rest of the night!
