My Camera is BACK!! And Florida is Here!

WOOHOO!! I be able to take numerous pictures for you viewing delight that I will post upon my return! This is my last blog post before my vacation, so check back after next Wednesday! That's right, first trip that is most than just a long weekend. I can't wait!

I pretty much packed and ready to go! I only need to run home on lunch and pack the last few essential items, my shoes & toiletries!!! I love being organized! After work I will pack up the truck, tan one last time, get my Florida pedicure (yes!) and I'm off for Albion! Think of me tomorrow at 8:30a as I board my plane! :o)

I will miss you all and promise to blog upon my return! :o)

P.S. - I am putting ALL of my plants out on the deck before my departure. My babies are now strong enough to survive the cooler nights. Summer is finally here!!!

Spring Flowers!

I love filling my deck up with gorgeous flowers to oogle all summer! On Mother's Day mom helped me with my pots. There is nothing I love doing more with my Mother than gardening! And I think we both agree on that! Doesn't everyone look absolutely fabulous!? She knows how much I love Gerber Daisies, so I have two this year! Woohoo! Seeing as I'm using my phone for a camera, the first picture doesn't do justice to my double blossom! I love each and every one! Thanks so much MOM! :o)

Can you blog without a camera??????

I feel lost. I have no camera, and multiple picture opportunities. Bummer. At least I was able to mail it today to get it fixed. Seven to Ten business days... and Eight days until Florida. CROSS YOUR FINGERS!!

Most of you know the past events of my weekend, but I want to highlight again Grandma & Grandpa's 60th Wedding Anniversary! WOOHOO!

Also I did Habitat for Humanity on Saturday. The day ended with a scrapped elbow and broken camera. I have learned that a life in demolition is not for me! I will stick with a desk job thank you!

My upcoming week will be focused on getting ready for Florida! I can't wait!!!

Cozumel Softball!

Its official, Cozumel softball is juggernaut.

(Jug-ger-naut [juhg-er-nawt, -not] – noun: (often lowercase ) any large, overpowering, destructive force or object, as war, a giant battleship, or a powerful softball team!!)

A big 13-0 win last night- the ten run mercy rule ended a little early. However, we continued to play “off the books” and made it to 24-0! A shut out game with 3 strike outs!! WOOHOO!! My first up to bat was a crushing single that dropped into the OUTFIELD! My best hit yet! I touched home plate twice and had an ALMOST pop fly out!! Darn! Our whole team excelled at reaching base with some solid hit. We had three men chalk up SEVEN HOMERUNS! SEVEN!! Six of them belonging to only two individuals!
